Fish is usually easier to cook with soup but if you are not a fan of that kind of dish, you can always do something else with it. Just make sure that you have the proper ingredients immediately like olive oil, fish fillets, salt, pepper, onions, tomatoes and cheese. Just have 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a microwavable baking dish, put the ½ pound of fish fillets on it, sprinkle ¼ teaspoon of salt, 2 tablespoon of minced onions, and 1 whole tomato chopped and seeded, then cover it with a microwavable plastic wrap. Put it in the microwave for 2 and 1/2 to 3 minutes or at least until the fish flakes easily with a fork, turn the dish once during cooking. Sprinkle with cheese, if you have Colby and parmesan, put ½ cup of Colby and 2 tablespoon of grated parmesan on top. Recover and let the dish stand for 3-4 minutes before serving. It should give you a nice meal in 20 minutes or even less.

Another location that I was able to visit was Spain and I was surprised that majority of the food they serve in there consist of meat and very little variety in vegetables, although, what really gets my attention in their delicacy is the one that doesn’t have too much meat in it. I am talking about the Spanish paella de marisco, or simply seafood paella.
I would rather have my paella with a lot of seashells, which would make me work for my food first before putting it in to my mouth, than eat paella valenciana, which is heavily consisting of meat and snails. I would certainly love to find either lobster or shrimp in it, together with tomatoes and well-milled rice. It is a lot more delicious and certainly healthier than its Valencian style counterpart, which has a lot of oil and fat due to the meat included in it.
