My sister was finally able to get her hands on some big funds that can make her have her own café to run and manage. She has been working as a sous-chef for as long as I could remember and ever since she graduated from her culinary school, she always wanted to have her own place to manage. Her plan is to have a Thai restaurant, since that is her specialty, and have all of the most delicious delicacies in Thailand. Thai cuisine is of course known for its spiciness and balance of the five primary flavors in every dish. My sister makes a killer Kaeng phet ped yang or more commonly known as roast duck in red curry and I think people would definitely want that. Right now, we are in the process of finding some restaurant equipment and restaurant supply to make sure that we will have the conventional bistro type restaurant that my sister is going to have. I was told that wasserstrom restaurant supplies is one of the best and they deliver fast so we decided to check out what they have, while my sister tries to go in to some restaurants to see how things would commonly look like, then try to put some twist on it once applied in her own restaurant.
